How AI Citizen handles the details you send us through this website.
What we collect
When you use a form on this site we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, any organisation or role you give us, and your message. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don’t build profiles of visitors.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you’ve registered interest in the founding cohort, to talk to you about taking part. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us. We won’t add you to a mailing list or share your details with anyone else for their own purposes.
Where it’s held
Enquiries are delivered to our Google Workspace email and are processed by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, to deliver this website and its forms. We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any follow-up conversation, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@aicitizen.co.uk. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Young people
If you’re under 18, you’re welcome to get in touch. Please only share what you need to in your message, and you may want to let a parent, carer or teacher know you’re contacting us.
